Every order qualifies for free standard shipping to our supported destinations. For customers who need faster delivery, expedited shipping is available to select locations at an additional cost. Each order is prepared with care before it leaves our facility.

Understanding Delivery Times
Your estimated arrival date is based on two separate stages: order processing and shipping transit. The processing stage covers preparation of your frames and any selected lenses; transit begins once the package has been dispatched.
Total estimated delivery time = applicable order processing time + shipping transit time.

Preparation time depends on whether you are purchasing frames or selecting lenses. Our current processing estimates are:
Destinations & Transit Estimates
Standard shipping is free for every order placed to a destination we support. The estimates below refer to transit time after dispatch, not the combined time for processing and delivery.
Typically arrives within 3–6 business days after dispatch. Available for select destinations at an additional cost.
Estimated delivery times are calculated from the shipment date and do not include order processing or lens preparation time.
The total estimated time to receive your order is the applicable processing time plus shipping transit time. Delivery estimates may vary due to customs procedures, carrier operations, public holidays, and destination-specific conditions.

Return Shipping Responsibility
The party responsible for return postage depends on why the item is being returned:
- Covered by Agstum Optical: If the return is due to a product quality issue or an error on our part, we cover the return shipping costs. Please contact us to request a return or refund.
- Covered by the customer: If the return is due to personal preference—for example, not liking the item or choosing the wrong size—the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
